We are aware of the EN standard for eCargo bikes and are using our own test facilities and external test houses to ensure our wheels comply, increasing reliability and eliminating maintenance in the process.

Thanks to our wheels’ lightweight yet extremely durable construction, eCargo bikes fitted with Zak Mobility wheels are able to carry more cargo than other similar vehicles, requiring fewer journeys, reducing risk and providing a significantly greater return on investment for the end user.

Despite making use of lightweight materials, our innovative, patented technology reduces or even removes the potential for chassis fracture, wheel buckling, cargo damage, flat tyres and more. In doing so, it improves reliability and reduces maintenance requirements, keeping vehicles on the road for longer, and reducing risk to commercial drivers.

Retrofittable and high configurable, Zak Mobility wheels can be retrospectively fitted to some existing designs and vehicles. Thanks to this, eCargo bike manufacturers don’t need to go through a time-consuming and extremely costly re-design process in order to benefit from this revolutionary technology.
